We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Orders may be cancelled by us at any time prior to shipment. In such cases, we will issue a full refund if payment has been collected.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is detailed on our website and incorporated into these Terms by reference. We accept returns of most standard products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in original condition.

Custom products and services are non-refundable unless defective or damaged. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Warranty Information

Our products come with a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service with proof of purchase and details of the defect. We will determine whether the product is covered under warranty and provide repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
